Translations can be delivered in two formats:
- On letterhead with the translator's original signature, or
- In PDF with digital signature certified by ICP-Brasil.

When does this service apply?
Brazilian law stipulates that documents written in a foreign language are only considered legally valid in the country if accompanied by a Portuguese version prepared by a certified translator. This is outlined in the Constitution, the Civil Code, and the Code of Civil Procedure.

Certified translations are priced on a per-page basis, at a rate of 1,100 characters including spaces, according to the standard adopted in Brazil.
In Minas Gerais, the Commercial Board does not maintain an official table, so the values are calculated based on the market average. These calculations take into account the degree of complexity and urgency of the service.

- The quote is sent to the client;
- The client approves the quote and pays 50% of the amount as a deposit;
